Update to Our Title Commitments
We will be updating our commitment document to now include a Cover Page and an Estimate of Fees. This change will go into effect January 3, 2024.
The Cover Page will indicate who the parties are to our transaction, and display how the title commitment was delivered to them. This "Delivered via" field may show; Electronic Mail, Realtor, Lender, or not delivered.
The Estimate of Fees will include charges and discounts for all title products and services added to the file.
The TRID break down of fees will continue to be provided on the preliminary Closing Disclosure.
An invoice can be provided upon request.
Both pages will be added to the beginning of the title commitment.
